DEVIN GROUP AND REFLECTION NETWORKS ANNOUNCE 'INTEROPERABILITY SOLVED!' WITH NEW JOINT VENTURE SOURCECAST
Reston and Fairfax, Virginia April 16, 2008 - Today the Devin Group and Reflection Networks announced the formation of a new joint venture focused on solving the issue of interoperability with a cost-effective, scalable solution. The new company, Sourcecast, joins together the communications industry expertise of Reflection Networks with the robust business-solutions development capabilities of the Devin Group to solve one of the toughest problems facing first responders and the communities they serve.
Sourcecast plans to tackle this issue by providing breakthrough technology that will provide an open architecture communications platform that enables the interoperability of existing networks and equipment infrastructures.
Under the joint venture, Devin Group will own a 55% stake in Sourcecast with Reflection Networks controlling the remaining 45%. Ali Eshgh, the Chairman of Devin Group will take the role of Chairman and President of the new joint venture. The joint venture will be based in Reston, VA.
